SOI is lead by retired military officers with a cumulative of 54 years of service. With experiences in a multitude of military and commercial fields at HQs and Joint staff to include senior assistant to the Secretary of the Army, network engineering, all phases of  rotary wing aircraft operations and military intelligence. The knowledge and experience of these leaders have been proven in the civilian sector as well as combat.
