Strategic Outcomes Incorporated (SOI) established in 2006 by retired military officers, dedicated to using their training, education and experience in support of National Security goals and objectives.  Working closely with the customer, SOI strives to provide timely and cost-effective government and commercial solutions. SOI is a minority and  service-disabled, veteran-owned firm uniquely positioned to deliver quality "just-in-time" solutions to difficult defense industry and private sector challenges.
